Review : Note Cosmetics Long Wearing Lipgloss & Lip Liner

 

 

 

 

Hi beauties,

Besides a big fan of bold lipcolors i’m a big junkie also to nude lip colors and this lipliner by Note cosmetics had been my favourite to go lip color….just fill in the lips with this lip pencil and you have a  gorgeous matte lip color.I tried it with thd lip gloss  05  Cream Cup  which is also by Note Cosmetics …ahhh amazingly pretty…has a gel like texture doesn’t feather and is soooo comfortable on lips without being sticky.Love these together gives a beautiful nudish peachy pink color to the lips…can say an everyday color for me.You can see the swatches below

Review : Clarins Autumn Collection ‘Ladylike’ Lipsticks

Lipsticks are the best way to freshen up the whole face and a fab way to feel better….just a swipe and see the magic ….  cant have enough , always lusting on them 😉

Had been testing the Clarins Autumn collection Ladylike lipsticks in chestnut brown, strawberry sorbet and red fuchsia.Elegant rose gold packaging, beautiful opaque formula, lightly fruity scented , semi matte and moisturizing.

 

Clarins chestnut brown a sophisticated  deep brown shade lipstick with silver shimmer…love how the shimmer gives it a wet shine look.

Clarins strawberry sorbet a gorgeous nude pink lipstick with warm undertone, this also has very teeny tiny shimmer particles which gives the gorgeous shade a glow…its beautiful my new obsession these days!

Clarins red fuchsia  this is the prettiest shade among all, a gorgeous raspberry red shade …speaks itself very very gorgeous… just a gold eyeshadow on the lids & this lipstick ❤

How to Fake a Perfect skin.

Wanted to share an instant way to fake a perfect looking skin in those days when your skin looks dull  just needs an extra uplift …for that these highlighters & illuminators come very handy.As you know mostly these are used on high points of the face but I found a new way to use them…all over the face…yes all over you heard  it right!!! Now the first thing you will be thinking is that putting it all over my face may be make me look like a disco ball or greasy??? So this depends on the formula you are using and type of illuminator in it.The illuminators in light gives a illusiion of perfect flawless skin.
Before I tell you how to apply choose the right highlighter complimenting your skintone, for that try different ones in warm & cold under skintones…or mix both to see how it goes for you.

Just mix a pea size amount of liquid highlighter in your foundation and apply it all over your face…or  can say 1/4 part of your foundation.To avoid looking like a disco ball choose the highlighter which has fine illuminating particles in it, I personally like the Boots No 7 skin Illuminator in Pink which has silvery pink illuminators.This sets perfectly no oiliness…gives a nice bright fresh glow to the dull skin mixed with foundation…..Very similar to Benefit high beam ♥ Comes with a brush so easy to apply,  works on powder too.
For more intense glow apply tapping it over the foundation only on the higher points brow bone, lips cupid and on the cheeks gives the cheeks lifted look.Blend both blush & highlighter for glowy cheeks.
The second which I love is Revlon Photoready Skinlights in Bare light, its a natural gold  bit silver a combo illuminator works well on warm skintones or when you want a natural skinlike glow …. it just gives a perfect skinlook to skin.As this has more fine illuminating particles so can be worn over the foundation too.I mix 1:1 foundation & this for a natural gold glow.Its gorgeous also when blended with the blush too…perfect for illuminating glowy cheeks.Again no oiliness… perfect!

You can use a powder or stick ones too but for mixing with foundation I prefer the liquid one.Hope you find this helpfull….these all are small tips to just temporarily perfect your skin but the your inner beauty always shine from within ♥

Store Review : SEPHORA at Gatemall

 Hi Beauties, This weekend visited the GateMall and how couldn’t not go to Sephora ;)…so thought why not give you a tour of the store and show some amazing finds I found instore.I am personally really very impressed with their own Sephora makeup …its so amazing, the quality, well pigmented and is at a affordable price….some of them are just my faves, use them everyday. The Sephora at Gate mall is nice,well arranged and the staff is super friendly…the beauty consultant was so nice to give me a tour around the store. Fell in love with the fall colors in Outrageous Rouge Extreme liquid lipstick which has a semi matte to glossy finish , very comfortable on lips, very very long lasting and so pigmented.Once set doesn’t move for hours like the Sephora Rouge Lip creams. Long lasting lipsticks are the new lipstick revolution, but taking them off is a real pain, looks so good but can leave you lips dry and cracky if not removed properly! For that they had an Ultimate Oil in gel lipstick remover for it which was good to take off these lip stains, just massage it on the lipstick, it dissolves and get off in a sec….loved it…if you are looking that takes of the long lasting lipstick without drying the lips than this is for you.

Tried the new Sephora Kiss Me Balm too, they are so cute lightly tints your lips and moisturizes them.Also tried the Sephora Color Adapt Lip Balm which is quite similar to the Dior Addict Lip glow. Awesome makeup removers for face and eyes, which also now come in wipes also and available in travel friendly packaging too.     Got introduced to their skincare range too which have many natural ingredients like Green tea , ginseng & also had mineral oils. A full range for skincare with serums , day & night treatments. They also have now body scrubs , masks, energizing face mists and also multi use depuffing eye mask. Saw this Sephora Metamorphosis exfoliating powder which I found interesting,which says “This powder scrub provides double-action exfoliation—through a gentle chemical peel and micro cellulose powder—to smooth and soften skin texture instantly and make the complexion radiant. It may be used once a week alone or mixed with a daily cleanser, and is gentle enough for all skin types, even sensitive skin. …..free from Parabeens”

Looking forward for trying the Pore & Fine line filler which says,’ For a flawless, even complexion with a “no make-up” finish, this incredible primer optically corrects minor skin imperfections, smoothes the skin’s texture and instantly fills in fine lines. It’s the must-have product for all women who want to get a flawless complexion in seconds’…looks promising. Tried the Sephora X Factor nail polish which had lots and lots of  beautiful colors …do try it lasts for mmin5 days without chipping and the glitter range is so so gorgeous. If you love to do you nails every other day than the Sephora nails prep & prime collection that you must have protects and makes the color last long. Sephora has a good range of bronzers , highlighters, concealers & color correctors availalable in stick & retractable pencils too. …i personally love the primer. Swatched the powder highlighters you can see them below     Sephora eyeshadow palettes are a must have good quality , well payoff of color and gorgeous packagings.The sleek eyeshadow singles & quads are collectibles, a huge color range to choose from, all available in matte and shimmery shades …… so travel friendly.Check the swacthes from the Sephora IT Palette Neutrals❤ Below are the full swatches from the Sephora eyeliner range…these are also available in matte  and shimmery colors. Also swatched the eyebrow pencils which are available in 6 colors. Spotted a limited Sephora Value pack which has 8 products from the Sephora Makeup favorites , a well picked collection…was 35 Kd before now only for 26Kd. Hurry up if you want this in your collection only limited pieces left.
