Review : Bourjois City Radiance Foundation, Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer & Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Nude-ist

Hi beautifuls,

After testing out these Bourjois beauties for weeks now I think i’m ready to talk about it.So lets start with the

Bourjois City Radiance Foundation in 02 Vanilla with SPF 30 Light weight foundation, buildable coverage, very hydrating and smells like spring.Its an easy to go type of foundation which doesn’t need any brush or sponge to blend just slap on some.. use your fingers to melt it in your skin and you are ready for the next step.You will see some light diffusing pigments too , which are not noticeable after the blending.Do set with some powder as I found my t-zone a bit shiny after a few hours…I felt it gave me nice healthy glow not that shiny oily one but i could see some lift in my complexion may be its the anti pollution factor…either-wise its amazing and my go to everyday foundation.

 Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer in 02 beige  as it has hydrolonic acid in it which acts as an hydrating agent so you will feel the hydration with this..has decent coverage but if you have dark circles use some corrector …though it also brightens under eye. For everyday its a no hassle quick blend concealer… more you can see

Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in Nude-ist a pretty peachy nudey pink color in the amazing rouge velvet formula, a nude which goes very well with fair to medium complexion, comfortable on lips, lasts for long hours and Perfect for springgg.

Review: Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer

Hi Beauties,

Had been testing out this Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer for a couple of weeks and I’m not dissapointed i must say…this is my first Clinique foundation and I have had heard quite good about them so was so excited for this.It says,

“Wishing For a Flawless Face? Just Wave Your Magic Wand…New Clinique’s New 2-in-1 Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer  for skin that’s beyond flawless and lasts all day. A 2-in-1 liquid foundation and concealer, promising full coverage without the weight. Every time. Complexion perfection.Smooth on as a foundation or spot- apply like a concealer. This formula covers everything, yet feels like nothing. Full coverage, yet lightweight. And it won’t disappear all day long. 12 hours wear.”

Had been using this for now more than two weeks continuously which means i m lovin it my skin is liking it… its light not too dewy and not too matte, a very buildable coverage which last quite long…the wand thing is genius as i always dream’t of it my foundation as it takes care of all the blemishes and places to be covered….foundation plus a concealer so perfect to be carried around.I have it in 11 honey ( Mac NC30) a perfect match for me and is available in 12 wearable shades.

Summer came with lots of new lipstick so being a big lipstick lover can’t have enough of them… been loving these this summer.

Revlon HD Lipstick in Rose 830 , 840 Poinsetta, 885 Camilla these are the new Revlon Hd gel based lipsticks, very moisturizing , long lasting and opaque..smells like cherries. 

Mac Huggable lipsticks in I’m Game &  Soft talkin creamy  & moisturizing sheer but buildable….looks so pretty on lips.

Loreal Color Riche Matte  Erotique 640 velvety matte lipstick a beautiful nudish brown with reddish undertone…love it.

Summer Lov’in 15 : Bronzers

Hi beauties,

So sticking to my Summer lov’in 15 tag will be sharing today my fav.  bronzers of this season…though in Kuwait we don’t need much bronzers to get tanned as the sun is very generous on us a few mins. in sun can give a nice tan color 😉 but if you don’t wanna cook in sun than bronzers are the alternate option…which I too prefer!

Makeup Forever Pro Fusion Bronze in 30 M this summer Makeup Forever came with MUFE Pro Fussion Bronze  a waterproof/sweatproof bronzer and I’m addicted to it…  the color, the formula perfection… pure matte and blends like butter.As its sweatproof so no sliding or fading…love it.. best to contour or add dimensions too as it has a grey undertone and not forgetting the soft flat top Pro Kabuki brush 136 which makes it blend traceless in the skin.Very travel friendly packaging as its very handy , comes with a full mirror..must have duo of the season!

Sephora Sun Disk- Limited Edition bronzer this is also an amazing bronzer…I recently got it  and can say loving it. Checkout the camo design on it…isn’t it cute! It also matte but not flat matte somewhere in between….perfect for all over sun kissed color just use a fluffy brush and swirl along the colors . can be used for intense contour too just use an angle brush for that. I like to wear it like blush too the colors give nice summery radiant glow to the cheeks. Summer Lovin 15 : Foundation & Concealers

  As I told I will be doing a Summer Lov’in 15 tag with sharing the products which  I’m loving this summer everyday…so here we are this time its the foundations & concealers, some with sheer coverage, some matt and some luminous.

Loreal Infallible 24 hr. Foundation in Golden Beige 140 : Ok starting with full coverage matte foundation…didn’t go for 24 hrs but it lasts quite well amount of time on me…best thing it doesn’t change color on me which usually happens ( I don’t know if its only me) but it happens many times. Truly long lasting thick foundation which will go for quite long as a pump covers my whole face… and also no worries of fading.

Loreal True match Foundation in Honey beige N6 : As I was travelling and enjoying the pools, got a bit tanned so from Wallgreens picked this amazing foundation in bit darker shade…the consistency of this foundation is runny so be careful …a sheer coverage but buildable to full cover as you apply layers..not super matte but gives a nice dewy velevty finish. Best for vacations when you are in hurry to go out as it blends well fast and looks natural skin like.

Maxfactor Skin Luminizer Foundation in Sand : A nice dewy luminizing finish with sheer coverage foundation, gives an illusion of good flawless skin. Best for the  natural looking days where skin is the main attention…or just mix with the foundation and it gives so beautiful luminous looking skin.

Olay Natural White BB cream in Fair with 15 : Summer is not complete without a good BB cream..right! So this moisturizes and  coverage too …best for everyday use….put it on you are ready to go.

Maxfactor Eye Luminizer Brightener in Fair light : this is very interesting … this is like a luminizing concealer which bring light to the under eye with sheer concealing…good for everyday when you don’t want to wear concealers but want to give some coverage to under eye to look fresh.

Shiseido Perfecting Stick Concealer in Natural : this is my fav from past months as it conceals corrects the under eye, any blemishes or acne scars..very creamy with coverage and blends so well …just have to set with powder.

Summer Lov’in 15 : Skincare

  This summer had been experimenting with loads of stuff, as was travelling too so got introduced to some new skincare stuff too I think I will be doing this Summer Lov’in 15 tag with all the products like skincare , makeup, polishes perfumes showing the stuff  I had been loving this summer…

I have a combination acne prone skin which breaks out very fast if anything doesn’t go well with me, so have to be very cautious in picking a daily skincare routine! I ‘m a lazy person cannot stick to things I mostly like to change or just skip in a while mostly just leave things in the middle but this time I have been good and using my daily skincare regularly to keep things a bit on point this summer 😉 And these was the things which I have been reaching for everyday as these are keeping my skin balanced.

Neutrogena Visibly Clear Pore & Shine Face Wash : Starting with the face wash so I’m currently loving this  pore & shine face wash, smells fresh, lathers good & balanced my skin oils…a good pickup for the morning.

Clinique Acne Solutions Calrifying Lotion :  The holy grail product for me a clarifying lotion ..a toner which I use after washing my face, helps keeping all the breakouts on the bay. Actually when I was travelling my skin was very unbalanced …excess of oil, white heads and few breakouts …was very annoyed and at Sephora I picked this as already I had tried this and it worked…my skin got balanced and the breakouts were calm. But I would like to tell that this is very strong , drys and stings a bit  so try in store if you have a sensitive skin.

Ole Henriksen 3 little wonders mini collection: Bought this from Sephora during my trip to Vegas…as I was looking for something travel friendly so picked this. ..quite liking it my skin feels good! It’s the Ole Henriksen 3 little wonders mini collection which consists of

Truth serum Collagen Booster 5 source bit C complex which brightens, supports healthy collagen & antioxidant  protection….smells like oranges and can say a light serum absorbs well leaving a sheen on skin. I use this at night and I was amazed  with it that in the morning I have bright looking skin from the first use.

Invigorating Night Gel 12 source AHA complex gives smooth texture minimize pores & even outs skin tone…nice gel which hydrates. I use it after the serum and feel it gives the right hydration to my face which it needs.

 Sheer Transformation which hydrates & nourishes, diminishes dark spots and also gives protection against free radicals…and daytime moisturizer which I liked not heavy can be worn under makeup.

I mostly use these at night except the sheer transformation which I use in day and I ‘m seeing results …don’t go on the size it was enough for me to last a month …thinking of getting full size.

Ponds Flawless White ultra luminous serum : I like serums more than creams as they feel a bit heavy on my skin specially in summer. .one more serum I’m liking is this..helped me fade some breakout scars, absorbs well & feels light on skin.. took this with me also from here.

Loreal Extraordinary Facial Oil :Yes this…talked about this so much on my insta page before too….just love it  it’s looks like oil but absorbs like serum..moisturises & also locks the moisture in the skin ..a blend of precious oils like Rosemary ( antibacterial), Rose (tone improvement), Lavender & lavadin (promotes collage), Roman Chamomile (soothing), Germanium( soothing), Orange peel( collagen protection) and Marjoram( antibacterial)… I say it “good skin” in a bottle……smells so relaxing even my hubby got addicted to this . Best for fresh plumpy looking skin, mostly using it at night as its so relaxing or whenever I’m not going out.

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunscreen Spf 55: Again a Neutrogena product which is a repurchase too..yes its soooo amazing super matt  no stickiness or white film on skin best everyday sunscreen….highly recommended!

Review : BOURJOIS AQUA LAQUE LIPSTICK

  Today going to share my thoughts about the cute little shinny tubes from Bourjois called BOURJOIS AQUA LAQUE LIPSTICK  but before I tell you lets have a chit chat & adore this ‘ Red Box ‘ tied with this black satin ribbon…ahh I am sucker of packging! 

Now lets lets talk inside the box….super shinny tubes..yaaass whats was on my mind now!!!!  I think its enough with the matte lip thing which has been taking us for since winter (not including the Bourjois rouge velvet which is still my fav)…so now its time to have plumpy, full shiny lips! But wait its summer , so what about all the travelling and smearing of lipglosses on the chin maybe to the upper lip or to the nose after a full yummy lunch …eek!!!! nightmare 😉

  So this is not the case with this…its super shiny and light like water..(you can feel the water in it) Stays for 3 hours till you don’t eat or drink  than fades… like nothing on lips no stickiness or residue except the darker hues which leave pretty stain on lips after fading which I think we don’t mind right? What I like most it so so hydrating on lips as I have had a big problem of drying with matte ones when I forget to apply a lipbalm before it!  I’m so happy to try these and think that this will be the best for Ramadan season too…as they are so comfortable,  moisturizing, non sticky and semi opaque ..my kinda lip gloss….just giving the perfect color to the lips.

I have them in 02- Rosé on the rock. A rosy nude shade, a cute my go to color for everday , 04-Viens si tu roses. Not pink or red, it’s almost a raspberry color, very feminine perfect when you would like to add color to your face & 05- Red my lips an intense red….very pigmented will save this for special gathering. All you need is just to line your lips with a liner and just slap on some, smack.. healthy chic pout in seconds.

Review : Note Cosmetics Long Wearing Lipgloss & Lip Liner

Besides a big fan of bold lipcolors i’m a big junkie also to nude lip colors and this lipliner by Note cosmetics had been my favourite to go lip color….just fill in the lips with this lip pencil and you have a  gorgeous matte lip color.I tried it with thd lip gloss  05  Cream Cup  which is also by Note Cosmetics …ahhh amazingly pretty…has a gel like texture doesn’t feather and is soooo comfortable on lips without being sticky.Love these together gives a beautiful nudish peachy pink color to the lips…can say an everyday color for me.You can see the swatches below
