Tower Of London
And the last we visited the Tower of London, actually we went there before also but that day there was a game of thrones premiere going on so we didn’t went inside .So the day before we had to leave we took a guided trip inside which was very informative ….full of remarkable British antiquity.
Had lots to see inside, from the royal crowns jewels(which were not allowed to photograph), war weapons, history of British Kings and their armors, Royal gifts from around the world, the historical royal pets and menagerie, the place where the ferocious huge fire started, the place of execution, torture chamber the history beefeaters & the Chapel of St Peter ad Vincula, and knowing about some ghosts which still roam in the tower….spooky ;)…though it was an interesting place to see. Outside we could see the Tower Bridge on the Thames. You can take River Thames boat tour from here also.
